Monday Memory Verse

I've decided to try something new on the blog...Monday Memory Verse.  Every Monday I will post a memory verse that I am trying to memorize.  If you'd like to memorize it along with me, great!  If not, don't worry, I won't be asking you about it.  (I don't know even know who reads this stuff!) But posting it every week will help me stick with it so maybe it will help someone else, too.

This week's verse is a reminder about wisdom from the book of James.  The Bible has a lot to say about wisdom, including that we should ask God for wisdom if we are lacking.  I like this particular verse because it explains what Godly wisdom should look like.

But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.-James 3:17
